Iadbrokes Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

Iadbrokes is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential. Members who discover their account has been compromised must contact iadbrokes support immediately.

Iadbrokes reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time with or without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the age or identity eligibility requirements
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, misconduct, or illegal activity
• Attempting to abuse promotions or bonus systems in an unauthorized manner
• Account closure requested by the member through self-exclusion controls

If an account is closed for reasons not involving misconduct, any legitimate fund balance in the account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any outstanding active wagers.

• Betting losses incurred during a legitimate gaming session
• Third-party actions affecting services beyond the direct control of iadbrokes

Iadbrokes reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email, in-app notifications, or a notice displayed on the iadbrokes homepage.
